Welcome to Vriksh AI CRM. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vriksh AI CRM platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Vriksh Software (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Billing and Payment

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Free Trial

We may offer free trials of our paid subscription plans. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vriksh Software regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
